Identify, revive, or refresh your company culture with values.
From start-ups to the oldest companies in existence, values are vital to the successful operations of any business. Where the business strategy tells employees what the team is doing, values describe what is most important to delivering the strategy. Yet, as businesses grow and change, so too do values evolve. We just cannot set it and forget it when it comes to values, just like we would not operate under a strategy that is old and outdated. If you are ready to identify your company values or renew or refresh the values you have in place, let’s talk.
Maximize executive team Performance Through Values mapping
If your business is large enough to have an executive team, it and its employees can benefit from discovering executive team values. Via this program, your executive team members will each have three one-on-one sessions with a values coach who guides them through the values uncovering process. Then, the coach will map the executive team's values to each other and the company's values. From there, the coaches will present how the team can maximize its impact by leading the business through values. If you are ready to improve your business results, take a seat. Let's talk about unifying your company culture by leading through values.
Step one:
Meet with your coach and get the process started with values brainstorming.
Step Two:

Leadership team values workshop to improve teamwork
Similar to the executive team program, a leadership team workshop is available. Via this two-day, coach-facilitated program, leaders identify their core values, map values to each other and the company, and talk about how they can effectively work together to improve business results via values-based leadership. The workshop offers in-depth group discussion, whereas the executive team program is designed for busy executives who may not have the opportunity to spend two full days together in one room.
