This program helps leaders explore, define, and align their core values with their leadership behaviors and decision-making. Through this process, leaders gain clarity on their values and how to integrate them into their leadership practices for more authentic, effective, and impactful leadership.

This coaching process is available as a standalone package or as part of a comprehensive 3-day Leadership Development Program that leverages values as the foundation of leadership growth. Each coaching session lasts approximately one hour.

Session 1: Clarifying and Identifying Your Leadership Values

The first session centers on identifying your core leadership values. This comprehensive program is an ideal solution for executive teams or senior leaders looking to foster deeper connection, clarity, and alignment both within themselves and across the organization.

Step 1: Three-Session Values AF Coaching

Before the one-day executive session, each leader participates in three one-hour coaching sessions. These personalized coaching sessions are designed to help each executive:
