Inclusive Counseling Services & Fees

Real support. Whole-person care. Transparent pricing.

At Indigo Path Collective, we offer inclusive, values-aligned counseling through secure telehealth in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Our approach is trauma-informed, relationship-driven, and affirming of your full identity—including sex assigned at birth, gender, sexuality, relationship structure, race, ethnicity, faith, and ability.

We also practice from an integrated behavioral health model, meaning we can collaborate with your medical providers (with your consent) to ensure your full care team is informed and aligned. Your mental, emotional, and physical wellness all matter—and they deserve to be held together, not in silos.

Couples Therapy

Support for two people navigating their relationship—whether that means married couples working through conflict and improving communication or friends reconnecting after a rupture. We affirm monogamous, queer, and all other partnerships and friendships with care and balance.

Therapy for Polyamourous Relationship Systems

We work affirmatively with polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, and other relationship structures. These sessions are grounded in respect and curiosity and may involve multiple partners as we explore boundaries, agreements, and deeper connections.

Family Therapy

Families are systems, and sometimes, they need support navigating complex dynamics, abuse, grief, transitions, or healing across generations. We create space for each voice, clarify patterns, and work toward shared understanding and growth.

Group Therapy (when available)

Group work creates space to heal in community—whether focused on trauma, identity, or relational skill-building. If you're drawn to the connection and accountability of a group setting, let’s talk about what might be the right fit. If you would like to suggest the formation of a group in TN, NC, or SC, feel free to contact us.

Not sure what format is best? That’s okay. Your free consultation is a space to explore your options and start wherever feels most right for you.

Therapeutic Approach

We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach or practice from a psycho-religious framework. We use evidence-based tools and collaborative insight to tailor therapy around you.

Modalities list:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helping you clarify what matters and take action—even in hard moments.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring unconscious patterns, attachment wounds, and emotional dynamics.

  • Humanistic Therapy: Centering the therapeutic relationship on your agency, truth, and capacity to grow.

  • Biodyne Model: An action-focused method to help you take meaningful steps toward life goals.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): Working with your “parts” to restore self-leadership and internal harmony.

Therapy should feel like it fits. We'll build that fit together.
