Similar to the executive team program, a leadership team workshop is available. Via this two-day, coach-facilitated program, leaders identify their core values, map values to each other and the company, and talk about how they can effectively work together to improve business results via values-based leadership. The workshop offers in-depth group discussion, whereas the executive team program is designed for busy executives who may not have the opportunity to spend two full days together in one room.
