  • What states do you offer therapy in?

    We offer virtual counseling to people physically located in several states. Each state has its own licensure laws.

  • Do I need to be a resident to receive therapy?

    No. You just need to be physically located in the state where your clinician is licensed at the time of your session.

  • What types of issues do you work with?

    Our clinicians have experience across a range of disorders, such as eating disorders, trauma, family abuse, chronic stress, anger, OCD, LGBTQ+ identity challenges, religious harm, and stress-related illness.

  • What is trauma-informed therapy?

    Trauma-informed therapy recognizes the impact of overwhelming experiences on the mind and body. It creates space for safety, choice, trust, and healing. It is not defined by a diagnosis but by how care is offered.

  • Do you take insurance?

  • What is the session like?

    During the first session, your clinician will take time to get to know you. Lots of questions are asked so that your clinician can learn about your experiences in life and the concerns you want to work on.

Coaching (Values AF) FAQ

  • What is Values-Aligned Functioning?

    Values-Aligned Functioning (Values-AF) is a model that supports bold, principle-driven action in personal, professional, and community life. It integrates core values with trauma-informed insight and behavioral flexibility.

  • How is coaching different from counseling?

    Counseling focuses on healing and is regulated by licensing boards. Coaching focuses on forward movement and is goal-oriented. Coaching does not involve clinical diagnoses or treatment but is rooted in meaningful change.

  • Who benefits from coaching?

    People seek coaching when they want to lead more effectively, parent more intentionally, or shift into a more aligned way of living. You don’t have to struggle to benefit from coaching. It’s about choosing growth.

  • What kinds of coaching do you offer?

    Jeremy offers leadership coaching, parent abuse coaching, and personal coaching, all grounded in the Values-AF model. These services help people act with clarity and purpose in areas that matter most.

  • Is Values-AF coaching affirming and inclusive?

    Yes. Values-AF coaching honors each person’s background, beliefs, and lived experiences. It is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and culturally aware.

    We consult with nonprofits, healthcare groups, academic institutions, and companies that want to improve culture, communication, and wellness.

  • What is trauma-informed consulting?

    Trauma-informed consulting looks at programs and policies, systems, training, and communications that affect safety, trust, and inclusion. It supports organizations in making changes that promote health, equity, and human connection.

  • Do you offer workplace training?

    Yes. We offer customized training on topics such as trauma-informed care, Human Relations for HR teams, leadership alignment, inclusion, and more. Contact us to discuss your training needs.

  • Can you work with our team remotely?

    Yes. Most consulting engagements are offered virtually and can include one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, team training, or strategic advising.

  • Can you join us for training in our office?

    Yes. Training can be delivered live and in person.

  • Can we hire you as a fractional leader or put you on retainer?

    Yes, there are several ways we can structure our work together and all options are a conversation we welcome. Our goal is to bring wellness everywhere!

Whether someone is healing from harm, leading a team, or raising a family, the tools that help us thrive often overlap. By offering all three, Indigo Path Collective helps people and organizations align their values with how they live, lead, and relate to others.

  • How do I schedule a consultation?

    You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether counseling or consulting is the right fit for you. There’s no pressure. It’s a chance to ask questions and see what feels aligned.

  • What platform do you use for virtual counseling and coaching sessions?

    We use a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform for counseling and a separate encrypted platform for coaching and consulting sessions.

  • Are services confidential?

    Yes. Counseling is fully confidential and follows state licensure laws and HIPAA regulations. Coaching and consulting are private and grounded in ethical practice, though not governed by HIPAA.

  • Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

    Availability varies, but we do offer some evening sessions based on scheduling needs. Appointments are by request and confirmed after consultation.

  • What platform do you use for virtual consulting meetings?

    Generally, when you schedule a meeting, we connect with you using your company-approved platform (Zoom, Teams, etc.). We use Google Meet when we schedule the meeting.
